Can I change my username?

The short answer is no. Usernames are automatically created and must be unique for each client, as they’re linked to all of your accounts. We understand they can be difficult to remember, so we recommend keeping a record of it or giving us a call if you ever need assistance.

Once you receive the email open it and click "Change your Password". 5. Enter you new password and confirm the new password. 6. Note: your password must have a lower case, uppercase, a number, a symbol and be 8 characters. 7. Click ">". 8. Now go back to bluesky.sidedrawer.com (http://bluesky.sidedrawer.com)and log in! An authorized representative with the CRA is an individual, firm, or group (such as an accountant, bookkeeper, or family member) given permission by a taxpayer to handle their tax matters. BlueSky will request access to help us make a more accurate projection plan. This allows us to view tax documents like RRSP and TFSA.
